It’s All About Customer Service

Customer service either makes or breaks a business. If you aren’t taking care of your customers, your competitors soon will be. This high-energy session helps participants improve their skills in dealing with customers (and people in general!).  If applicable, we’ll have an informative (and hilarious) discussion about the importance of body language when dealing with customers face-to-face.  We’ll cover essential skills for those speaking with customers over the phone as well as tips for email and chat. Other topics include the five things customers want (and how to make sure you deliver them), how to deal with problem customers and ten things you should NEVER say to a customer!

This session can be highly customized based on your needs.  Don’t assume your people are delivering great service just because they’ve been with you for a long time.  Let’s get them re-energized about delivering outstanding service!
